Every Apex Pumping product is backed by a 1-year warranty against material and workmanship defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, commercial use, or modifications. If a product fails within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it for a $17.95 shipping and handling fee — original product must be returned.

Shipment damage must be reported within 48 hours. Any unauthorized repair attempt will void the warranty.
